What's the commitment once I finish the week?
Zero... I mean ZERO pressure. I've designed this week-long program to give you some easy things to work on! While it is NOT a fix-all if I can give you a little win here and there, awesome! I will share how you can work with me on a longer-term basis, but NO pressure to do anything else!
Do I need equipment for this program?
