I absolutely understand that thought. Most of us think of PT as a cool mix of gym workouts with a fitness pro and some manual techniques  - that’s the cool part. So how the heck would virtual PT work?

As a pelvic PT, lactation consultant and mama myself, I get it - we hear a LOT about pelvic PT but the thought of going to another appointment and leaving the house with a baby is just UGH. Packing a bag of literally everything under the sun and HOPING your baby naps is nerve-wracking- and isn’t the whole point of pelvic PT to work on deep breathing + relaxation??

My signature Framework will work through 4 phases:

  • Restore Your Floor, so you can find your pelvic floor and learn how important it is to everyday things (not just going to the bathroom!)

  • Brain-to-Body Connect, so you can weave your pelvic floor and stomach muscles together with the rest of your body, feeling supported with everyday tasks!

  • Phase 1 Conditioning, so you can start tackling some basic strengthening movements

  • Phase 2 Conditioning, so you can dial up the intensity of your workouts with confidence and get back to the activity you love!

What’s Included: 

  • Up to twelve 45-60 minute long 1:1 coaching calls, every 2-3 weeks, during these calls we’ll cover your personal history, discuss your goals, and hammer out exactly how you’ll take ACTION from day 1.

  • Personalized - app-delivered exercise programming with videos, so you can knock out your exercises on YOUR time.

  • Diet/Hydration and Lifestyle advice so you can tackle your constipation or pain with peeing.

  • Weekly text check-ins, and between-visit messaging support (response within 24 hrs during work week) because I know you’ll have questions along the way and want to support you the way you support everyone else!

Flexible Commitment Options

3 Month Commitment: $1,200 or

6 Month Commitment: $2,200

Both have monthly installment options available: $450

Review Client Agreements and Contracts

…aka the nitty gritty stuff to make sure we set expectations and know what each of us is bringing to the table. Payment is collected at this time (either monthly or paid-in-full option).

Step 3:

BOOK YOUR FIRST CALL!!

This is where the good stuff BEGINS! We have our Intro Call, and go through all the things in your health history, goals, and vision of where you’d like to be at the end of our time together. You’ll walk away with ACTION STEPS of what to do and you’ll be able to ask any questions you have along the way!

  • Find a lower-cost program marketed for pregnancy and postpartum, or vaginal wellness

  • Search another fitness app for pregnancy-specific workouts

  • Sign up for a Facebook group or IG hashtag to see what everyone else is doing

  • Listen to that IG influencer who had washboard abs exactly 2 hours after her vaginal birth that lasted 15 seconds.


No doubt that there is a LOT of advice out there - YouTube is FULL of health, fitness, and wellness pros who are sharing information. You may get some quick wins, but you usually don’t get the whole picture. I work WITH you and teach you the strategies to maintain your progress and results!

FAQ’s

  • Telehealth appointments will be 45-60 minutes in length. Please be prepared a few minutes before the call so we can start promptly.

  • For these visits, we will send you detailed instructions on how to log into our secure patient platform, Embodia! We recommend you have a laptop with a webcam for this interaction. You will communicate with your therapist via video chat. We can email any documentation or home program after your visit.

  • YES!! I am thrilled to be able to be an in network provider with most major insurance carriers. Please contact me if you have specific insurance questions.

    Once your benefits are verified, my team will reach out with a review of your coverage.

  • If you choose to commit to 3-months you’ll receive 6 calls with me. However, If you choose the 6-month option, you will get 12 calls with me.
